## What we do store

Property and assessment records: assessed value, year built, square footage, lot size, dwelling type — the facts about the house.

## What we never store

- No homeowner names
- No names or personal profiles of residents in our property data
- Mail is addressed to “Current Resident”

## Homeowner opt-out

Any address can be added to a hard Do-Not-Mail list, honored across every business that mails through Mailr and applied immediately to all future mailings.
