## The flow: four screens between your website and an approved proof

1. **Brand kit** — Type your website URL. Your logo, colours, phone, and photos fill in and become the defaults for every card.
2. **Template** — Pick a starting point from a library of hundreds of templates and it reflows around your kit.
3. **Direction** — Write what the card should say and which photos to use. The rest is applied from your brand kit.
4. **Review & approve** — Trim lines, safe areas, and mailing zones drawn on the actual proof, ensuring each item is ready to mail.

## The edit loop

Each edit is a sentence typed into the chat, applied as a new version, with the old version just one click away.

- Prompt it: describe the change in a sentence, front or back, as many passes as it takes
- Walk it back: every version stays, and any earlier revision is one click from being current
- Print-safe by default: every version is checked against the print spec before it can ship

## Approved once, ready to mail

The approval screen draws the trim line, the safe area, and the mailing zones on the actual proof and asks you to confirm four things: copy is correct, contact details are correct, images are clear, safe and mailing zones are clear. Then the design is locked, and every recipient's card gets its own tracking QR when it mails.

Bring the front and back you already run, for a Classic card or a Home Render card. Place the QR box, and the same print preflight checks the artwork before it can mail.

## Common questions

### Do I need a designer?

No. Type your website URL, pick a template, and the studio composes the front and back around your brand kit. Edit by describing the change in a sentence. Any design can also be sent to the Mailr design team from the editor.

### How long does a generation take?

Usually a minute or two. You can leave the page; the design lands in your library as a draft.

### What do credits cost?

A generation is two credits and an edit is one. Credits are separate from what a card costs, an optional monthly subscription includes them, and a failed job refunds itself.

### Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. Upload a finished front and back, place the QR box, and the same print preflight checks it before it can be activated.
