## How it connects

1. **Connect JobNimbus** — Paste an API key from JobNimbus → Settings → API — validated live against your account before it saves, so a typo can't half-connect.
2. **Pick trigger events** — Native events like Job reaches a status (any workflow), Estimate approved — filterable, e.g. “only Completed jobs over $15k in the Roofing workflow”.
3. **Approve and mail** — Approve the campaign once; cards print and mail automatically as events fire.
