## Set it once

1. **Connect the CRM** — Connect in a few clicks. From then on, Mailr hears about your jobs the moment the CRM does.
2. **Bind the event** — Pick the moment that means something: a deal reaching Closed Won, a job completed, a quote approved. Filter against any value in your CRM, like job value or type.
3. **Set the radius and the card** — Neighbors per install (50 by default, 10 to 500), property filters, card type, template, landing page, follow-up drops. Save it and it runs.

A trigger, a filter, and the mail it sends: a deal reaches Closed Won, amount is at least 15,000, mail the 50 nearest homes around the job address. Triggered campaigns are reviewed in the approval queue like any other.

### How fast does it fire?

### Who gets the card?

The nearest homes around the job address, fifty by default, narrowed by the same property filters as any campaign and by your who-to-mail mode. The job address itself is never mailed.

### My CRM isn't listed. Can I still trigger mail?

Through Zapier, with a Deal Won / Job Completed trigger and a custom campaign trigger for any event Zapier can see, or by posting to an inbound webhook.
