Mailr is a direct-mail platform for home-service contractors. It connects to the CRM you already run, turns your leads, estimates, and completed jobs into targeted postcards, then prints, mails, and tracks every card back to revenue. You design in the browser, approve once, and the mail runs itself.
A 1-of-1 card built for each recipient: Mailr takes publicly available imagery of that home and renders your work onto it — a new roof, permanent lighting — so the homeowner sees their own house finished, before they've hired anyone. The QR code opens a landing page built for their address, with that rendering of their home on it.
Home-service businesses that sell to homeowners. Roofing and permanent lighting are live today with vertical-specific templates and render styles; siding, painting, windows, solar, and landscaping are planned next. Classic postcards work for any trade right now.
Twelve natively: HubSpot, Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, GoHighLevel, Leap, ProLine, RoofLink, PaintScout, Builder Prime, JobTread, and Service Fusion. Connection is an OAuth popup or an API key, and takes a few clicks. No CRM? A CSV upload works too.
You pay per card — no subscription, no contracts, no minimums. Home Render postcards run $1.35 down to $1.05 per card with monthly volume, Classic postcards $1.20 down to $0.90, with printing, postage, the landing page, and tracking included. Campaigns draw from prepaid credits you top up when you choose. The results calculator runs a month of that mail through your own job value, response rate, close rate, and gross margin, so you can see what the spend has to beat before you commit to it.
Three ways: circle a neighborhood on the map and filter homes by property facts like assessed value, year built, or square footage; mail the neighbors of your past jobs from CRM history; or set an automation so a CRM event — job completed, deal won — automatically mails the homes around that address.
Every card carries a tracked QR code, campaigns can use tracked phone numbers, and Mailr matches new CRM customers back against mailed addresses. The dashboard shows scans, calls, leads, and closed revenue per campaign — so mail is measured like a paid channel, not a leap of faith.
One sitting. Sign up, connect your CRM, pick an audience, and approve the design — cards go to print as soon as the campaign launches, and trigger-driven cards print the next day after the event fires.
No. Auto Follow-Up re-mails the same homes on a schedule you set once — the classic three-touch cadence runs itself, priced up front and approved once, and any home added to your do-not-mail list is pulled from the remaining drops.
Across the United States, with one flat set of per-card rates in USD. The company behind it is Mailr Marketing Inc., reachable at drake@getmailr.com.
Three ways, sourced on the compare pages: no subscription (both competitors charge $99–$1,500 a month before the first card mails; Mailr charges $0 and prices per card), per-recipient imagery (they personalize with merge fields — a name, a street; Mailr renders the recipient's actual house), and attribution (QR scan to closed deal, plus geo matchback against mailed addresses).
They land on a page built for their address — their home's before-and-after render, your reviews, your license and brand, and a lead form. Submissions write into your CRM instantly, source-labeled, and the scan itself is logged against the campaign.
Yes. Upload a CSV of past customers or addresses and everything else works the same — targeting, design, printing, landing pages, and tracking. Connecting a CRM later just automates the triggers and lead delivery.
Property facts, not people: assessed value, year built, square footage, lot size. No homeowner names are stored in prospecting data — mail is addressed to the resident — and any address can join a platform-wide do-not-mail list honored by every business that mails through Mailr.
Connect your CRM, pick a neighborhood, and put a 1-of-1 card in every mailbox that matters. First campaign out the door in an afternoon.
