Privacy Policy

Who we are
Mailr (getmailr.com) is a managed direct-mail platform for home-service contractors. We design, print, and mail postcards on behalf of our customers and report on the results. Questions about this policy: hello@getmailr.com.
Information we collect from customers
- Account details: your name, email, phone number, and company information
- Brand assets you upload or import: logo, colors, photos, and contact details used on your cards
- CRM data you choose to connect: jobs, contacts, and deals, used only to run your campaigns
- Billing information: payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers
- Usage data: how you use the app, so we can support you and improve the product
Information about mail recipients
Campaigns are targeted using property records — address, assessed value, year built, square footage, lot size, dwelling type — and publicly available street-level imagery of the home. We do not collect or store homeowner names or personal data about residents; mail is addressed to “Current Resident.” When someone scans a card's QR code or visits its landing page, we record that visit (time and device type) tied to the address so the campaign's results can be reported. How we use information
- To run the campaigns you approve: rendering, printing, mailing, and delivery tracking
- To report attribution — scans, leads, and revenue — back to your dashboard and CRM
- To provide support, secure the service, and improve the product
- We do not sell personal information, ever
Who we share it with
- Print and mail partners, only what's needed to produce and deliver your cards
- Our payment processor, to handle billing
- Cloud infrastructure providers that host the service
- Your own connected CRM, when you turn on lead sync
- Authorities, if the law requires it
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site and app use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and understand aggregate usage. Campaign landing pages record visits and QR scans for attribution. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and security
We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.
Your choices
- Homeowners: any address can be added to our Do-Not-Mail list — honored everywhere, including pulling already-scheduled mail back from the printer. Email hello@getmailr.com or use the link on any card's landing page.
- Customers: email hello@getmailr.com to access, correct, export, or delete your account data.
Changes and contact
We operate in Canada and the United States and comply with applicable privacy laws in both. If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new effective date here and let customers know. Reach us any time at hello@getmailr.com.
